A north west farming family is responding to increased interstate demand for their vegetables thanks to grant money offered after the closure of the Edith Creek milk factory last year.
Harry Korpoershoek has been farming in Forest for most of his life, and mostly in dairy.
He shares a few reflections around the kitchen table with reporter Hilary Burden, and was joined by his son Scott.
