The round reds, expected to be harvested at the end of the
month, are the product of 12-year investment by Victorian not-for-profit
superannuation fund VicSuper in the burgeoning industry of sustainable farming.
The organic tomatoes are destined for products such as
tinned tomatoes, paste and sauces.
