Innovation, technology and engagement with ethical
consumers are the keys to the future of food production, according to the head
of a national sustainability program.
Gordon has spent the past two years working with 28,000 farmers, fishers and
foresters as the director of Southern Cross University's Farming Together
Gordon said she has aimed to bring people together to find solutions to the
challenges — among them climate change — of primary production.
