Work Health and Safety (WHS)

There are many Work Health & Safety (WHS) issues which are critical for farmers, their families and their employees.

The Safe Farming Tasmania Program is based at the DPIPWE office in Launceston and provides free, confidential and practical safety advice.  Farm Health and Safety Consultant Phill John grew up on a farm, has around 25 years of experience in safety management and is happy to visit farming businesses across the State for free and confidential advice.
